m'bala m’bala is a 60-minute Mind~Body class that combines cardio and strength training with yoga.
intensity A full body workout layered with cardio bursts, and set to heart pumping beats, Intensity will awaken your inner athlete and leave you with that endorphin high!
total body conditioning Total Body Conditioning uses weights, plates, resistance bands, and body weight exercises to help you define and tone targeted muscle groups. This class is offered in both a 30 minute and 60 minute class format.
ih core ih Core is more than just an ab workout. This 30 minute class will strengthen the muscles from your glutes to your shoulders, helping to increase stability and functional fitness.
ih Chisel Chisel uses functional movement exercised at a relatively high intensity to develop strength, endurance, balance, coordination and agility. Cardio intervals may often be interspersed to increase the burn and heavy weights are used to shape and tone muscle groups.
ih strength Targets major muscle groups with weighted exercises designed to shape and tone in a 30 minute format.
body pump BodyPump is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BodyPump gives you a total body workout that burns calories by strengthening and toning each muscle group.
hiit High Intensity Interval Training alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods in between. HIIT classes follow a circuit format moving through stations in the Group Fitness studio.
rampage Rampage combines station exercises using plates, weights, bands, and body weights. This circuit class gives you a dose of Personal Training in a group setting.

bodyattack BodyAttack is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
punch A fitness based martial arts and shadow boxing class. Punch kicks off with cardio intervals and core to get you centered and ready drive from your power house.
zumba Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This class is offered in a 30, 45, and 60 minute format.
ih aqua fit Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step, BodyStep delivers huge motivation. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
ih burn ih Burn is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy that alternates short periods of high-intensity (anaerobic) exercise with lower-intensity recovery periods in a circuit format with longer periods of rest.

cycle classes
Are you looking for a change from your treadmill or elliptical routine? Step into the cycling studio and experience a low-impact, heart-pumping, calorie-torching workout. ih Fitness cycling classes are an excellent cardio challenge for people of all ages and fitness levels. Follow along with our energizing instructors as you climb, sprint, race, and pedal to the beat of invigorating music. Cycling shoes are not required for ih cycling classes, but be sure to wear breathable, loose clothing and bring water to hydrate between tracks.

ih ride ih Ride simulates an outdoor ride complete with hill climbs, downhill sprints and flat road recoveries. Motivating music adds to a fun yet challenging, low impact experience designed to improve cardiovascular fitness.
rpm RPM is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. This low impact workout blasts calories and builds your fitness level fast!
sprint Sprint is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.

pilates
Tone, sweat, and strengthen with ih Fitness Pilates classes. Pilates integrates low-impact movements with challenging postures to build strength and muscle tone all over the body. By combining core-activating positions with focused breath, Pilates will leave your muscles sore in a good way. Over time, you’ll find that you have greater flexibility, better posture, and a strong core.

ballet barre Ballet Barre incorporates graceful lines and ballet inspired moves with Pilates, Yoga, and light weight, high repetition exercises designed to strengthen and lengthen muscles.
piyo PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

senior fitness
Maintaining a consistent fitness routine is important at any age. ih Fitness is pleased to offer Senior Fitness classes for older adults looking to increase cardiovascular health and build strength and balance. Our Senior Fitness classes are designed to be low-impact to prevent injury while also increasing muscle strength and energy levels. Classes range from relaxing yoga to cardio aerobics to strength training using medicine balls, handheld weights, and resistance bands.

silversurfer classic increase muscle strength and range of movement, and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor will modify the exercises for your fitness level.
silversurfer Circuit Experience standing low impact choreography alternated with standing upper body strength work. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level, and you instructor can adapt moves to your skill level.
silversurfer yoga stretch Yoga Stretch is a modified yoga session catering to those who want to maintain an active, durable lifestyle. The variety of stretches and postures will lengthen your muscles and calm your mind.

kids fitness
ih Fitness has partnered with Growga to offer kid-friendly yoga classes designed to improved body awareness and mindfulness while providing stress relief. Classes are grouped by children ages 6-10 and children ages 2 to 5. All fitness and experience levels welcome.
